Two methods: Dimming is often referred to as analog dimming mode or linear dimming. The advantage of this dimming is that when the driving current increases or decreases linearly, the LED chip will be relatively reduced, and the control circuit has strong immunity to the effect of overshoot of the driving current. The disadvantage is that the change in the driving current will have a certain impact on the color temperature of the LED chip.
A third way of dimming is the Pulse Light Modulator (PWM) mode. This method is to make the driving current square through a certain control, and the pulse width can be changed. Through the adjustment of the pulse width, the duration can be changed, and the output power can also be changed at the same time, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving. The frequency conversion speed regulation is generally between 200Hz and 10kHz. Due to the reservation of human eyes, people cannot feel the process of light flickering moving. The advantage of this approach is that moving the light has the advantage of improving the heat dissipation of the LED. The disadvantage is that the overshoot of the drive current has a certain effect on the life of the LED chip.
